Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AIMHI Technology Ltd ("AIMHI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data you provide through this website, www.aimhi.health. It applies to information submitted via our enquiry form and to technical data collected as you browse. Personal and clinical data processed within the AIMHI care platform is governed by separate agreements with the healthcare providers who deliver that care, and is not covered by this notice.
1. Who we are
The data controller for this website is AIMHI Technology Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number IE802662), with its registered office at 509 Longboat Quay North, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. We are subject to the supervision of the Data Protection Commission (Ireland). If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at privacy@aimhi.health.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, job title, organisation, organisation type, email address, phone number, area of interest, and the contents of your message.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential partnership, pilot, or research collaboration.
- To maintain a record of our correspondence and manage our relationship with your organisation.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and operating our website) and, where required, consent (for non-essential cookies). We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries — for example cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform) and email delivery — who act as our processors under contract. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact — unless a longer period is required by law or to pursue a live partnership.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@aimhi.health. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
